Join Varian and add your talent to the fight against cancer.Job DescriptionEmbed and study the current workflow of CTSI cancer centers and identify Opportunities to improve the quality of patient care with use of SW solution. Opportunities to eliminate waste utilizing the current SW and/ or process low hanging fruits, must haves, nice to haves Repetitive manual steps which can be automated either through current solution or feedback as PBR (Product Backlog Request) Enable the scalability of new centers by use of Technology enabled services Reduced velocity from planning to full operations reduce cost of operations by eliminating waste, duplication Provide differentiation to the AOI brand name with use of technology and solutions for referring physicians New product/ services introduction Help introduce new services to affect quality of care, financial improvement (revenue up, cost down), eliminate waste Prioritize implementation of new services e.g. evaluate Crux Consulting solutions, TPaaS (Treatment Planning as a Sevice) automation solutions, Mobius+Qumulate solutions, MO cloud based functionality, Azure cloud hosted environment, Y90 based interventional oncology solutions etc. Pressure test Technology enabled services for the emerging markets Leads people who perform project management duties involving cross- functional teams focused on delivery of internal products or administrative systems. Oversees plans and directs schedules as well as project budgets. Monitors programs/ projects from initiation through delivery and interfacing with internal customers or department personnel. Organizes project activities and interdepartmental meetings; ensures communication facilitates completion of the program/ project on schedule and within budget constraints. May assign and monitor work of technical personnel providing support and interpretation of instructions/ objectives. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
