Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • 4+ years of hands on experience in Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager.
  • Good in SEP configuration and troubleshooting server endpoints.
  • Good in SEPM policies configuration, enable/disable USB access.
  • SEPM upgradation from old 11.x, 12.x to 14.x new version.
  • Generating AV Compliance Report and meeting SLA.
  • Threat log analysis and event Monitoring.
  • Review security alerts and perform escalation activities as per customer direction/policy
  • Provide operational oversight and coordinate within the agency for analysis and resolution
  • GUP Server configuration, Endpoint Management.
  • Installation, Configuration Administration SEP Server.
  • Hands-on knowledge on Application whitelisting.
  • Good understanding of fundamentals of TCP/IP, Operating Systems, DNS, Networking, and Information Security.
  • Good understanding of Network topology.
  • Basic understanding and experience with SQL queries and regex.
  • Experience with deployment of Symantec DLP- Endpoint Prevent, Network Prevent for Email, and Network Prevent for Web, Network Discover, ITA.
  • Experience and Knowledge of Symantec Bright mail and Endpoint Protection
  • Experience and Knowledge of Bluecoat URL Filtering Solution
  • ITIL v3 foundation or Equivalent knowledge in service management.
  • Microsoft O/S (2012 R2 / 2008 R2): (deployment, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, performance and tuning, patching, monitoring, scripting).
  • Good Communication, Ready to take ownership.

Should be open to work on weekends or Holidays
