Experience : 2+ YRSQualification : B. E. / B. Tech / Diploma No CorrespondenceJob Responsibility2+ years of hands on experience in Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager. Good in Symantec endpoint Protection endpoints troubleshooting. Knowledge of enable/ disable USB access using SEPM. Generating AV Compliance Report and meeting SLA. Threat log analysis and event Monitoring. Review security alerts and perform escalation activities as per customer direction/ policy Provide operational oversight and coordinate within the agency for analysis and resolution GUP Server configuration, Endpoint Management. Installation, Configuration Administration of GUP Server. Basic understanding of fundamentals of TCP/ IP, Operating Systems, DNS, Networking, and Information Security. Basic understanding of Network topology. Basic understanding and experience with SQL queries and regex. Generating risk reports and fix issue, Update virus definition on endpoints etc Experience with deployment ofSymantecEndpoint Protection. ITIL v3 foundation or Equivalent knowledge in service management. Good Communication, Ready to take ownership. Ready to work on weekend Holidays.,
