Job Description

What will your job look like

  • You will be responsible to build and maintain AirWatch and Intune EMM systems.
  • You will be leading global projects to implement and provide vast solutions for iOS and Android devices.
  • You will evaluate new technologies to meet business needs or to solve business problems.
  • Partner with the developer teams to design solutions for Amdocs employees use
  • You will troubleshoot and resolve any IT service issues related to mobility infrastructure.
  • You will need to leverage optimization techniques to maximize the efficiency of all computer systems and Implement and maintains a systems business impact assessment to prioritize system recovery in the event of a failure.
  • You will manage and lead Root Cause Analysis, Lessons Learned and prevention processes to provide high standard deliverables that meet SLA (Service Level Adherence) and ensure CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
All you need is.
  • B.A/B.Sc. in computer science / Electronics / IT or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years of experience and sound knowledge of Windows system admin on enterprise organization (2K users and above).
  • Basic knowledge of network protocols (TCP/UDP) and network models (TCP/IP, OSI).
  • Deep understanding of Infrastructure design and components (LLD, HLD, High availability, Firewalls, PKI, DR, GTM, Reverse Proxy or Proxy, VPN. etc.).
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure services like AD, Domain, DNS, Exchange, O365 - 2 to 6 years of experience on enterprise organization.
  • Experience with EMMUEMMDM solutions (XenMobileIntune AirWatch Mass360 Mobile Iron, etc.) - advantage.
  • Sound knowledge of administering Mobility OS - advantage.
  • Experience in PowerShell / C# (.NET or.ASP) / JAVA- advantage.
