Understandthe current Onbase and K2 environments and carry out support and sustenanceactivities. Theresponsibilities of the Individual would include: System Administrationactivities for Onbase and K2 Performsystem administration, patching, maintenance work report and fix deficiencies, capacity planning and execution Periodicreview, application of patches on Dev, test and production environment, testafter patching. Initialresponse to ticket, work on the ticket, final resolution and closure within SLA Trouble shoot andfix the defects and issues. Liaise with infrastructure team, in support ofapplications maintenance and development activities on Onbase and K2. Analyzecurrent landscape and provide recommendations for future. Ensuringcompliance to governance Process/ Procedures Bestpractice guidance for hardware and software component installation, configuration and monitoring Planning andOrganizing: Good at determining a course of action by breaking it down intosmaller steps and by planning and resourcing each of these, making allowancefor potential problems. Time management;reporting and monitoring (Weekly Status) ; risk management; issue management;quality assurance and change management. Developing Documents: User Manual, requirements, support/ sustenance docs, etc. Transition andhandover once the project is complete. Buildingprofessional relationships with the team and collaborate. Be Quality, Schedule and Cost conscious. Working on a critical Time bound project. Demonstrate goodcommunication, both orally and in writing. Skills/ Experience: Required: 7 years of experience working as SystemAdministrator Experience with Onbase or K2applications System Admin experience to Deployapplication, Monitor the applications using appropriate tools Experience in carrying out patching, upgradesfor Onbase or K2 and experience working on integrated system Experience in maintaining andconfiguration of different environments for Onbase and K2 (Namely: Dev, Test, Prod) Understanding of how workflows arebuild using K2, understanding of security models Good programming experience 3 to 4 years experience working with Onbaseor K2 any version Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills. Willingness to troubleshoot and supportcritical issues during non-working hours on an alternate weekend basis. Desired Skills: Exposure to Sharepoint and Project WebApplication. Experience with Agile, or Agile-baseddevelopment methodologies Soft skills Highly motivated and dependable Excellent oral and written communicationskills Able to work independently with minimal inputs Ability to communicate strongly and influencewithout authority,
