Responsible for effective monitoring and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. The qualified candidate will ensure that networking infrastructure; system hardware, operating systems, software systems, scheduled backups and related procedures are operational. This individual is accountable for the following systems: Linux, Windows and network systems that support Got Print infrastructure; Windows and Application systems that support Accounting and Order management; Responsibilities on these systems include SA engineering and provisioning, operations and support, maintenance and research and development to ensure continual innovation. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/ operational requirements. 4 years of administrating Linux environments (Debian, RedHat, CentOS or Ubuntu) 2 years of administrating Windows Active Directory and servers 3 years of troubleshooting hardware and software bugs (know how to debug installation issues, missing drivers, bootloaders, etc. ) Robust TCP/ IP networking knowledge including switching/ routing (HP Procurve, Cisco, Checkpoint or Sonicwall) Understanding of networking security concepts. (Being able to setup sandboxed/ jail environments) Experience working in a culturally diverse environment Excellent written and oral communication skills Strategic and forward thinking Ability to be proactive and work independently with limited direction Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures. Contribute to and maintain system standards. ,
