Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Good hand-on experience on patch management using - SCCM 2008/SCCM 2012/ IVANTI.
  • Strong knowledge of patch deployment for desktop and servers [windows/Linux], deployment of windows andnon-windows patches & creation and designing of batches for deployment
  • Should be capable of handling system upgrades, troubleshooting patch failure issues during deployment & coordinating with PC support team.
  • Responsible for regular report generations & documentation of patch deployments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to put requirements into operational scenarios and communicate effectively with management and customers
