Job Description

In this role,You have the opportunity to support the System Release activities for Diagnostic X-ray (Radiography, Fluoro & Mammography) with all relevant Philips Healthcare processes and to define, manages the technical aspects of all integration, V&V and release activities achieving full design release evidence .You are responsible for

  • Create systems integration for complex product solutions involving compute, network and storage
  • Scope & plan efficiently system integration projects tasks with internal project team members to ensure delivery towards defined milestones
  • Work with development teams to architect, design, build, and implement application integrations
  • Analyze and define with System & SW team on integration requirements and specification.
  • Design integration solutions and document the design in accordance with best practices.
  • Install and configure products, based on specification, and carry out test and validation activities (from internal testing through to customer acceptance and go live)
  • Creates integration proof points and communicates them to internal and external stake holders timely basis
  • Contribute to further development of our SW & HW platform strategy by providing system integration related input during technical reviews and by supporting validation tests.
  • Collaborate with cross function to improve interoperability of the products
  • Establish domain expertise with hands-on hardware and software integration.
  • Support development on resolving system defects, acting as liaison, and developing solutions.
  • Build reports and/or data extracts to support business analysis.
  • Provide technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve integration errors.
  • Respond to system integration related support requests and technical queries from HW/ SW System teams.
  • Automate systems integration and V&V process
  • Create automation strategy for the feature & product testing
  • Prepare test automation environment framework and implement to run the automation testing for V&V including reliability, duration tests.
  • Enhancing system integration, technology, databases, programming techniques & provides mentoring to other team members.
  • Conducting Verification and Validation of the product(s) / product line(s)
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Bachelor s/ Maters Degree in Electrical / Electronics / or Computer Science Engineering with 4 to 9 years of overall experience in system integration with at-least 3 to 5 years of strong experience of development or structured release and deployment of best practices in medical devices industry.
  • Knowledge on some of the following languages and concepts: Python, Go, Java Script, JSON, XML
  • Good understanding of server & platform technologies, hardware, storage, networking, firmware, and software as well as system integration
  • Hands-on experience in analyzing workloads, debugging and tuning performance at system level
  • Strong familiarity with agile software development practices and tools
  • Demonstrated applied 6 Sigma competency
  • Demonstrated experience with NPI ISO and regulatory compliance process, design history file and collaterals are in place and current
  • Knowledge of IEC 60601 standards and Knowhow of design control processes for medical device design
  • Knowledge of the test lifecycle and test function
  • Creative problem solver and solution developer when presented with conflicting requirements, business demands and technical risks/issues
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, proven influencing skills and ability to influence and lead cross functional stakeholders
