Our talented people empower us, and we believe in being part of a team that is open, collaborative, entrepreneurial, passionate and above all fun.About the teamIt s an amazing opportunity to join a Talented team of innovative and committed folks doing interesting work at the world s largest global provider dedicated to financial technology solutions!What you will be doingCreate and maintain processes of the quality program and provide consulting for software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements.At least 5-6 years of experience supporting windows and having understanding on security related aspects.Experience working on vulnerability remediation of operating systems and applications.Ability to review OS / Application logs and come-up with a solution.Experience in interpreting information security data to identify compliance issues.Sound organizational and communications skills are essential.Go to candidate with positive attitude.Ready to work on 24*7 shift.Should HaveBasic understanding of network, incident response operational policies and procedures at an enterprise level.Trained in MCSA, ITIL (Foundation Level) processes.Nice to haveConceptual understanding of windows patching and identify missing patches.Familiarity on scripting language.Experience using automation technologies i.e. PowerShell or equivalent scripting.Knowledge on windows patching and identify missing patches.ResponsibilitiesManaging security related tickets and regular review of security reports.Managing / Monitoring security access.Understanding of SOC events and work on fixing those.Monitor computer networks for security issues.Fix defected vulnerability to maintain a high- security standard.Responding to security-related requests using established information security procedures.Review and Remediation of security vulnerabilities.Developing and documenting security related processes and procedures.Identify the process gaps and work with seniors in automating the identified areas.Supporting security and related tooling infrastructure and services including the deployment of RISC agents, security tools, and related technologies.,
