Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwideNETWORK & LINKS:INTERNALField Operation Test & Commissioning team and Installation teamOVERALL PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:Prepare and execute testing activities in support to one or several Projects and /or Programs and Bids if requiredRESPONSIBILITIES:The T&C Sub-System leader is responsible by delegation of the PrCOM for a project of the delivery of the test for a Sub-System. For the same he may:
• Independently applies extensive expertise as a generalist or specialist to meet company standards and customer requirements for the related sub-system.
• Develops T&C procedures for his sub-system based on define specifications for sub systems in area of specialization to meet contractual requirements. Performs responsibilities with limited direction from the manager.
• Interfaces with Engineering and V&V Sub-System leader for optimising site test and sharing competent resources between platform and site test.
• Could participates to V&V test on platform / in factory as per request under the responsibility of the V&V Manager.
• Manages the T&C teams for performing the test as per performance required Time duration, quality,etc
• Provides technical leadership to individuals or teams for providing means Tools, procedure, and in resolving problems.
• Advises and provides technical direction on assigned project(s) to other technical staff.
• Leads or participates in technical discussions for his sub-system directly with customer and represents / protects the company s interest.
• Reports on a regular basis weekly -to the Project T&C Manager on progress and issues.
• Reports on the anomalies arising during site testing and interfaces with engineering team towards to close the anomaly.
• Effectives Interface with stakeholders, sub-contractor, customer representatives and other system contractor wherever applicable.
• Proactives towards development of resources competency to other T&C team members.
• Qualifications & Skills:EDUCATION
• Any Diploma or Engineering Graduate

• 4+ years of Experience Testing & Commissioning activities
• Language Skills: Proficient in English language
