Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Client Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their strategic objectives, hiring needs, and organizational culture. Develop a deep understanding of client requirements to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
    • Research and Sourcing: Design and implement a targeted research strategy to identify prospective candidates. Research client organizations, their competitors, and the broader market landscape to ensure youre sourcing from the best talent pools.
    • Role Mapping and Documentation: Map out job criteria, define position descriptions, and document role specifications to create clear and compelling job postings.
    • Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Use a variety of channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networks) to source and identify candidates. Screen resumes and assess qualifications to ensure a good match in terms of skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Confidential Interviews & Assessments: Conduct detailed, confidential interviews with candidates to assess their compatibility with the clients needs. Verify references and perform background checks to ensure the candidates credibility.
    • Candidate Presentations: Present a shortlist of qualified candidates to the client, providing detailed profile summaries, insights, and feedback. Guide clients in evaluating and selecting candidates.
    • Negotiation & Offer Facilitation: Offer guidance to both clients and candidates during the negotiation process. Facilitate discussions around salary, benefits, and other terms to ensure smooth agreement and closure.
    • Onboarding & Transition: Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and helping new hires settle into their roles effectively.
    • Client Relationship Building: Develop long-term, trusted relationships with clients, becoming their go-to recruitment partner. Maintain consistent communication to foster rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
    • Expertise & Networking: Stay updated on market trends and industry shifts to continuously improve your recruitment strategies. Network within your area of expertise (specialized industry or job function) to build a robust talent pipeline.
    • Lead Generation: Continuously research and develop new leads for recruiting opportunities. Leverage your network and market knowledge to create new client relationships.
