We are now looking for a Senior Test Manager who would be responsible for managing the TCoE continuous services. This TCoE Operations Manager position is based in Pune India and will report to the Head of TCoE.The typical activities would include reviewing and monitoring that the TCoE guidelines, metrics, KPIs and SLAs are being followed, collected and adhered to within the customer engagements, supporting TCoE consultants in their engagements and ensuring that the TCoE services which are delivered by our partners are meeting the expected targets. There would be constant interactions with various customer stakeholders regarding the ongoing services. You will get to shape all aspects of the TCoE operations from processes and ways of working to tooling and partnering.We expect a suitable candidate to have an extensive experience in the testing field including planning expertise for testing implementations, experience in different testing types and experience in managing testing services in global multivendor environments. In addition we are looking for candidates that are good at problem solving, adapt well in different situations, are excellent communicators (both in verbal and written form), can work well with different types of individuals, have a high working ethic, are creative and have a thirst to learn. An ideal candidate has the experience to perform the role and also passion to drive testing improvement initiatives forward to the delight of the customer.In order to be successful in this role a candidate must have the following:

• 15 years of testing expertise
  • Experience in Test Management
  • Experience in managing testing services with close customer and stakeholder collaboration
  • Experience in working in international environment with stakeholders distributed globally
  • Understands different testing phases, levels and types
  • A testing certification such as ISTQB
  • Experience in multiple Test Management tools
• Agile expertise
  • Experience in working in and managing teams who are following Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban or SAFE)
• Excellent communication skills - Must be fluent in English
• Training, mentoring and coaching experience
• Right attitude and spirit
  • Must be able to work independently with all types of persons in a multivendor and multicultural environment
  • Willing to go the distance when needed
  • Has perseverance and can handle setbacks and stressful situations
  • Is happy to train other people in testing
• Customer oriented mindset
  • Does his/her best in order to satisfy the customers
  • Has a consultancy approach and explains to customers if their requests could be implemented better or in a different way
  • Can solve challenging customer situations
• Pro-active approach and passion for innovation
  • Is able to properly plan his/her work and sees potential risks beforehand
  • Excellent change management skills
  • Constantly thinks how to improve the common ways of working

Additional skills and expertise which will be considered as being beneficial for this role:

• Other testing field experience
  • Manual and technical (functional and non-functional) testing experience
• Programming or any other development team role experience
• Experience in different technical platforms
  • Our current customer applications include SAP, Salesforce, MuleSoft, Appian, Data Lake, Qlik Sense, Web based applications, etc.
• Experience in various testing tools. Currently utilized tools include
  • Panaya, Azure DevOps Test Plans, TestRail and TestLink with Mantis for Test Management
  • Selenium Robot Framework, Appium, Soap UI and Certify for Test Automation
  • JMeter BlazeMeter and LoadRunner for Performance Testing
• Marketing and sales experience
• Language skills
