    Suntec Web Services is looking for Team Lead- Annotationob Title: Experienced Image Annotator (3-4 Years of Expertise)Location: RemoteJob Type: Full-timeExperience Level: 3-4 YearsJob Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Image Annotator with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in image annotation across different tools and industries. The ideal candidate will have expertise in annotating images for various AI/ML applications, including object detection, segmentation, and classification. You should be proficient in using industry-standard annotation tools and possess a keen eye for accuracy and consistency.Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform high-quality image annotation tasks, including bounding boxes, segmentation, landmark annotation, and classification.
    • Use different annotation tools such as LabelImg, CVAT, VGG Image Annotator (VIA), Supervisely, or other proprietary tools.
    • Ensure annotation accuracy and consistency by following project-specific guidelines.
    • Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and quality analysts to improve dataset quality.
    • Review and validate annotations to maintain high-quality standards.
    • Handle large datasets and efficiently manage annotation workflows.
    • Stay updated with the latest annotation techniques and AI/ML trends to enhance efficiency.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • 3-4 years of experience in image annotation for AI/ML projects.
    • Proficiency in using various annotation tools (e.g., LabelImg, CVAT, VIA, Supervisely, etc.).
    • Strong understanding of computer vision concepts and annotation techniques.
    • Experience in working with different industries such as healthcare, autonomous driving, retail, or agriculture.
    • High attention to detail and ability to follow complex annotation guidelines.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
