Assigned Recruiter(s) Waiting for Approval Job Description Excellent communication skills with ability to liaison with India team and EU counterparts. Candidate should have at least 2- 3 years of experience (Total of 5-7 Years) of leading team of 8 to 10 members. Previous experience of working in Healthcare, Medical devices, and Pharma is a plus. Previous experience of working in Sales support, customer service function is must. Knowledge of medical products and equipment s is a plus. Bachelors degree or post graduated preferred & Knowledge of QAD and PRMS system is plus. Ability to gather data, perform analysis, process improvement with strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Interpersonal skills collaborate with diverse multicultural teams. Should be excellent with advanced Excel & should be highly driven and self-motivated individual. Some of the responsibilities are: Job Specific: Serving as the first-level of management, accountable for the performance and outcomes of the team. Develop and mentor staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities; delivering performance management processes; building and maintaining employee morale and motivation; ensuring the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies. Manage direct reports and act as the point person for communication with Medline s EU leadership Identify areas for process improvement with the team with the domestic and overseas support groups. Enhance productivity metrics that are currently used to assess the different teams Maintain CSR and QA/ RA information database and answer related queries from EU stakeholders Answer sales rep and customer questions about the CSR & QA/ RA evaluations Follow-up with the CSR & QA/ RA leadership to understand what additional information/ support is needed Participate in brochure creations, newsletters and training documents related to the CSR & QA/ RA topics Requirements Excellent communication skills with ability to liaison with India team and EU counterparts.
