Job Description

Responsibilities Coordinate with hiring managers to identify necessary skills for open requisitions. Proactively seek out new candidate sourcing methods by networking within relevant industries and creatively connecting with potential candidates. Maintain existing relationships with staffing firms and contingency recruiters. Strategically build a high quality talent pool by researching hiring trends and tracking staffing metrics. Evaluate and screen potential hires, and guide them through the interview and hiring processes. Develop a strong understanding of our culture that will inspire candidates and convince them to speak with hiring leads. Document Gliffys recruiting techniques and best practices and ensure that hiring managers understand the process.Requirements 5+ years of sourcing or full- cycle recruiting experience (tech industry is a major plus). Proven experience successfully closing hard to fill requisitions. Ability to review resumes and prescreen candidates. Experience facilitating an efficient interview process and pleasant candidate experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A friendly, approachable personality. A well- organized and strategic problem- solver. Familiarity with web- based applications (Google docs, wikis, ATS systems). Bonus points for experience working with candidates requiring visa sponsorship.,
