Location: Pune Required skills: Ability to extract, analyze and report on data required Experience with product based research, preferably in healthcare Must be detail- oriented with strong analytical skills Excellent communication and problem- solving skills are required Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel Highly driven and self- motivated personality required Experience in team management and development Desired Skills: Knowledge of SAP and ATG is a plus Previous experience working with databases will be preferred Responsibilities: Monitor the daily activities of the Product Data Management team including, task assignment and team s performance. Be the go to person for queries related to product catalog, classification, design and search logic. Collaborate with other teams to identify and troubleshoot technical issues such as, data synchronization, application issues and product visibility on the catalog. Identify trends to focus on improving data quality and process through report generation and review. Oversee hiring of new talent and team development; provide training on data governance expectations, standards and processes. Lead team meeting to evaluate progress, identify existing as well as potential issues, and coordinate team s effort to develop solutions to ad hoc projects.
