Budget -Open for the right candidateWe are currently looking for a Team Leaders who will be responsible for guiding a team and manage the entire recruitment process for the IT Staffing .Work Days :Mon to Sat (10am to 6:30pm)Experience:- Minimum 6 month as a TL is preferred.- Lead IT Recruiter with (overall 1+ years of experience in IT Recruitment) below mentioned key job responsiblities can also apply.Location - Kondhwa , PuneJob Type:Work from OFFICENotice Period :-Immediate Less than 15 days (High Notice Period candidate will not be accepted for this position)The Key job responsibilities will be :-- This role will be a client facing role for the deliveries and entitled to manage multiples client accounts.- Team Lead must have thorough understanding of end-to-end IT recruitment process.- He/she Must have Experience working in a Team Leader/People Management role.- Must have prior experience in handling Team of 4-5 recruiters.- Must have work experience on both C2H and permanent positions.- Hands on experience with various selection processes.- Hands-on experience in recruitment, alternate channels of sourcing including but not limited to social media, internet tools, databases is highly desired.- Strong Negotiating Skills with Go Getter attitude and ability to work under pressure.- Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates.- Strong decision-making skills.- Ability to learn quickly and remain flexible as assignments or requisition volume changes.- Good exposure to interview formats and drives, salary negotiation and closure is required to accomplish business goal.ONLYready toJOIN IMMEDIATELYcan call (HR)Alisha@ **********
