Job Description Incumbent shall be responsible for the following: Invoice Processing: Preparation of sales invoices and compilation of supporting documents Reconciliation: Weekly and monthly reconciliation of transactions recorded with actual data and ensuring resolution of open items Client management: Manage client relationships independently Get open queries resolved with the client through emails, calls. Client liaising by giving expected delivery with atmost quality and adherence to the process Delivery management: Ensuring timely delivery as per the agreed timeline with client and error free work and maintain quality of deliverables Effective team delivery by assisting team members in resolving technical queries if any Team management: Training and boarding of team members Managing the leaves, shift timings and operational delivery of team Grooming team members on the knowledge/ exposure front by nominating them for relevant and required training,
