Job Description

    Company - Leading General Insurance Co.Role - Team leader - Outbound Sales.Location - Pune.Education - Any Graduate.Responsibilities:
      • Designing and implementing telesales strategies.
      • Driving and achieving business targets through outbound calling.
      • Able to drive a team of 2-4 TLs and 30-50 tele-callers.
      • Setting weekly and monthly sales targets to TLs for their respective teams.
      • Monitoring the performance of the entire telesales team.
      • Periodic Auditing/ Quality check on the process and calls by setting appropriate parameters.
      • Identifying and addressing the training needs of the team through Feedback and coaching.
      • Manage the daily team activities and ensure smooth execution of daily operations.
      • Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.
      • Innovations and ideas.
