    Qualifications and skillsBachelor Degree in Engineering / Bachelor of Computer Applications / Master of Computer Applications7+ years of professional software development experience.Experience working on large-scale software projectsFamiliar with building sophisticated web applications using Angular, Java and Spring, KafkaExperience with crafting highly interactive web applications with performance, scalability, accessibility, usability, design, and security in mindValidated software development background including design patterns, data structures, test driven development.Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational and Graph databasesAbility to work in an Agile environmentValidated understanding of a variety of programming tools and development platforms.Knowledge of development tools such as Git, Jira, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Grafana, Docker, KubernetesExcellent interpersonal and leadership abilitiesResponsibilitiesMentoring and support both within in the immediate team and in the wider Blue Planet organisationIndependent working with teamwork within a distributed teamAttending calls, communicating work, discussion with project team membersEvaluate and recommend tools, technologies and processes to ensure the highest quality product platformDesign, develop and implement software solutions to address business issuesFixing and resolving issues with coding or designProvide architectural blueprints and technical leadershipStrong communication and presentation skills,
