      • Key Responsibilities : Extensive hands-on experience automating processes through scripting using VBScript and or PowerShell Leads research and develop new technology, tools and scripts Provide mentoring and coaching to team members experience with SCCM 2012 R2 / SCCM current Branch
      • Technical Experience : Administer and support WSUS environment, including approving, testing, and deploying updates via WSUS in SCCM and troubleshooting failed updates; Perform general SCCM administration and troubleshooting Conduct remote troubleshooting Customize desktop applications to meet user needs Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional Guide users Create, manage and administer: SCCM OSD deployment process
