We are recognized by Gartner and Forrester as a leading pure-play loyalty management platform and expanding to APAC with a new office in Singapore in 2021.It s in our DNA to ensure that our customers are thrilled with our platform and we are looking for a top-shelf Technical Delivery Manager (Chinese Speaking) to support our fast growing APAC client-base as a first point of technical contact, who knows Antavo s product inside-out, so our clients can use Antavo as their solution to their challenges.You are a solution-driven technical specialist. You will ensure that the technical integration of our loyalty management platform is a smooth process. You will be the bridge between the client s and Antavo s dev teams, giving them support to unblock both parties during the development period.This is an excellent career opportunity for a technical person who likes talking with clients, to join an internationally recognized company in a key position in their newly opening Singapore office. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Owning the relationship with the client in the Implementation Period - so their experience from contract signature to loyalty program launch is a smooth process
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients on how to utilize Antavo s functionality
• Being a bridge between our engineering team and the client s technical team to lead change management and help to quickly solve technical issues
• Providing delivery leadership to achieve win-win for both the client and the delivery team, saying no to the client if needed
• Resolving roadblocks, escalations to Customer Success Manager or Head of Engineering
• Giving demos to clients about new product features

REQUIREMENTS

• Professional use of English and Mandarin Chinese (C1 level)
• Technical skills and hands-on experience in web technologies (RESTful web services, APIs, SDKs, WeChat, various eCommerce engines) and databases (both SQL and noSQL)
• You re a friendly, empathic relationship-builder who likes helping people

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Martech experience with innovative vendor(s) in the loyalty management or marketing automation field (Experience with Salesforce/Microsoft/Oracle/Emarsys/Adobe is a plus)
• Experience in working in an international environment
• Education: irrelevant - we only use degrees to measure the temperature
• Developer or QA background
