Job Description

    • Grasp technical architecture and design. Technical decision making.
    • Plan and drive agile product releases
    • Lead a team of software engineers, taking ownership of product features and driving them from requirement stage through development to deployment
    • Technical documentation, code review, code quality assurance
    Required Skills
    • Ability to guide team members in technical tasks
    • Have prior team leading experience
    • Strong organizational and management skills.
    • Working knowledge of DevOps
    • Proficiency with fundamental frontend languages such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Angular 8,9
    • 7 to 12 Years of hands-on experience working on J2EE Stack Java , Spring, Hibernate as well as Angular
    • Data modelling experience in relational databases(MS SQL is must).
    • Good understanding of cloud-based web application architecture and micro services patterns
    • Proficiency working with version control(SVN, GIT)
    • Implement Software Engineering practices like Agile, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and best coding practices through the development cycles
    • Familiarity with developing real-time applications.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.
    • Good problem-solving skills
