Job Description

DescriptionWe are seeking a Technical Lead iOS to join our Mobile Application Development team. In this role, you will lead and develop highly interactive and cutting - edge iOS applications for enterprise clients. If you have expertise in developing front - end mobile applications, this is the right challenge for you. Job Code: SIL - IN/TECH/iOS/001 Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, modify, develop, write and implement iOS applications following established architecture standards as well as software development and project management methodologies.
  • Participate in gathering business requirements and assessing existing architectures and resources.
  • Involve in ensuring a quality technical design that satisfies the business requirements of the client.
  • Involve in package evaluations and recommendations, communicating the technological details of the project to the business users and works with the client.
  • Within the overall project delivery, plans and leads various new application development projects. Coordinate and communicate with the other tracks and disciplines involved in the project.
  • Work with the Project Manager and Account Manager, help develop project plans; identify development and project risks and collaborates on mitigation strategies.
  • Provide strategic vision for expanding current functionality and for the development and deployment of new features and modules.
  • Work with application development team in delivering the project and deliverables within time and with good quality.
Candidate Profile:
  • Education: B.E. / B. Tech / MCA / MCS
  • Overall 8 years of experience in out of which at least 6 years should be in iOS Application Development.
  • Prior experience of at least 2 years in technically managing a team of 5 or more resources.
  • Prior experience in resource management and client communication.
  • Knowledge and Skills:
  • Good experience in iOS Application Development is required.
  • Must have strong development experience using Swift and Objective C
  • Good experience in UI development is essential. Good understanding of Storyboards, Dynamic Layout, Size classes is desirable.
  • Familiarity with CoreData, sqlite, realm etc is desirable.
  • Good understanding of version control systems like Git, SVN is desirable. Familiarity with dependency managers like Cocoapods, Carthage will be preferred.
  • Familiarity with Provisioning Profiles, Signing Identities, Ad Hoc App Distribution and App Submission to App Store is desirable.
  • Prior experience on enterprise mobility solutions is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
  • Familiarity with IoT, Wearables and BLE communication.
  • Experience in developing and delivering solutions utilizing Service Oriented Architecture, design or redesign architecture.
  • Understanding of modern development methodologies and tools including Agile (XP and Scrum), Rapid Application Development, etc. Familiarity with Project Management Tools like Confluence, JIRA, TFS etc. is desirable.
  • Excellent Communication, presentation, problem - solving and team working skills.
