Experience: 11-14 years Qualification: B.E/M.E , B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent Principal Accountabilities: To ensure successful delivery of Projects by teams to customers Focus on innovating new and better ways to create solution that add value and amaze end user Responsible for complete project management by monitoring and controlling cost, quality and schedule. Actively planning, analysing and reviewing functional and technical specification documents Responsible for handling multiple project simultaneously Responsible for project status reporting to stake holder including customer Responsible for interacting with other team like hardware, software and qualification for successful execution of project. Responsible for conflict management within or across teams, must be able to perform risk assessment, planning and mitigation Participate in new business development, solution proposal and expansion of existing account and engage with prospective customers to open new opportunities Support finance team for billing and invoicing on timely manner Responsible for improving and owning performance of team, perform efficient reviews of deliverables and show improvement in teams performance Must be able to articulate, design and implement security and global data privacy standards Problem solving aptitude Proven stakeholder management skills Quick learning and must have a zeal to continuously learn new technologies and create learning plans for the team Technical Skills Experience working with Enterprise level Application/Platform development initiatives. Proficient knowledge of Java Fullstack/Python/Go Lang programming languages. Proficient in Object Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures using Multithreaded concepts Must have at least 3-5 years of experience developing end to end platform/product services/application on cloud Proficient working with development tools like GIT, SVN, JIRA, Sonar Quebe, SCA etc. Should have experience with Jenkins, docker and Kubernetes Good knowledge about AWS services - EKS, ECS, EC2, RDS, S3, Cloudwatch, Secrets Manager, Elasticsearch Service, Kinesis, VPC, Route 53, Direct Connect, etc. Should have experience with either Kafka, Prometheus, Elasticsearch or all Proficient in quality centril delivery using following tools - Junit, Jacoco, coburtura, fisheye, coveraty, varacode Must be able to design and develop integration with various other systems or third party application Proficient in specific vertical/domain specific technology Understanding of hardware schematic, datasheet of hardware component to derive firmware/software specific solution Must be able to ensure the Best practices to be followed in project and implement it in the team downstream Strong sense of ownership, passionate, fast learner, detail-oriented, analytical mind set, perfection seeker.
