Should have 10+ years development experience with technologies such as Java, JEE. Having development background with open source technologies and frameworks like Rest/SOAP Web Services, Springboot, Microservices. Strong analytical skills are essential (The ability to take high level requirements and drill these down into detailed functional requirements by own) Should be able to analyze the existing system and plan & estimate their migration on new platform / technologies Clear understanding of Cloud, CI/CD concepts Comfortable working at a detailed level with specifications & doing related data mappings Able to communicate effectively with both business & technical audiences within an Agile team Understanding of Content Management Systems is a plus Should be able to build and manage the team Should be able to facilitate business/technical requirements gathering, story writing and story elaboration for complex new initiatives. Ability to effectively drive resolution of issues and roadblocks Highly motivated and proactive to ensure the success of the team and product High degree of ownership to deliver expected objectives.,
