Job Description

    * Full Job Description
    • Requirement gathering and transposing them into well-written requirements in Azure DevOps / JIRA/Confluence.
    • Provide feedback, revise, and improve requirements during the process as required.
    • Create and own the resource plan and project schedule and provide regular project updates internally to developers and business managers.
    • Participate in technical planning and technical drawings production whenever required.
    • Provide technical briefings for developers where required.
    • Own and maintain technical documentation.
    • Introduce new staff members to projects and technical introductions.
    • Participate and conduct planning, stand-up, demo, and retrospective.
    • Assist in managing and grooming product backlog.
    • Liaison effectively amongst cross-functional teams.
    • Establish and maintain high standards of quality and deliverability.
    • Must be technical geek, with passion & ability to attend all technical needs of projects
    • Must take overall technical ownership of projects
    • Should be an avid communicator in interfacing and reporting to clients on a regular basis
    • Should have the ability to handle multiple client accounts
    • Should be a good people manager with an aggressive approach towards project management
    Required Skills:
    • Strong agile knowledge and experience.
    • Demonstrate and exhibit strong business understanding.
    • Experience in tools, such as Jira or Microsoft Project, Visio, and other Office Tools.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, like C#, ASP.Net, MVC, Web API, .NET Core SQL Server, IIS, and Windows server OS.
    • Knowledge of cloud services, like AWS or Azure.
    • Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline, app services, azure functions and timer trigger functions.
    • Skills in caching technologies, like Output Cache, Redis, Memcached, etc.
    • Interpersonal skills and experience in working with medium to large teams.
    • Analytical skills for problem solving and strong communication.
    • Must be excellent problem solver for all technical and logical challenges faced by project & project team
    • Ability to identify opportunities for improvement of business processes.
    • Should be able to cater to all pre-sales technical assistance required, right from technology selection to proposing / setting up architecture and setting up technical parameters to measure project technical quality
    • Should be able to discuss & debate about proposed architecture and design patterns with client / client s technical team
    • Should be an expert in conducting code reviews ensuring code quality remains above expectation and agreed architecture is followed till end of development phase
    • Should be a great trouble shooter in providing direction to the team in challenging situations
