Job Description

We re hiring a hands-on Technical Recruiting Manager to support the needs of our engineering functions in our Pune office.

What youll do

  • Champion Ridecells culture and values
  • Mentor a growing team of technical recruiters
  • Roll up your sleeves and drive the end-to-end recruiting process
  • Partner with Engineering and People leaders to align recruiting resources with business needs and collaborate on hiring strategies
  • Develop a compelling employment brand narrative that showcases Ridecells culture and the work our engineers tackle every day

What were looking for:

  • At least 3 years of people management experience
  • 7 years of hands-on full-cycle technical recruiting experience
  • Previous start-up experience at a high growth multinational company
  • Experience partnering and influencing Executives and Hiring Managers throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environments
  • You can think on your feet but have enough humility to ask questions
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Currently located in Pune or willing to relocate there
