Job Description

  1. Responsible for sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual Order intake Budget; projecting expected sales volume and profit for TAS/Mixers Projects.
  2. Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping track with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  3. Ideas and suggestions to improve the performance of the sales team and keep the sales team motivated to achieve Yearly objectives and KPIs
  4. Implementing Processes and Procedures and ensuring compliance.
  5. Responsible for the timely provision of all Sales Dept. forward planning information
  6. Commercial responsibility for quotations with approval from the Top Management wherever necessary
  7. Approve quote and Sales orders up to agreed authority matrix
  8. Schedule and manage the activities of subordinates to ensure that they achieve their KPIs
  9. Ensure efficient cash flow from customer
  10. Monitor and report progress on a regular basis via planning tools and at management meetings
