Job Description

    Dear Candidates,We are hiring Technical Support Executive (LMS Admin) for our one of the best client for Pune location.Job Profile:
    • Providing technical assistance to the end-users of Abara LMS, our cutting-edge LMS software.
    • Technical Support Representatives support end users, learning management systems administrators, and users.
    • Ensure finest level communication with the customer and meeting all defined service level agreements (SLAs) while analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving issues for customers and partners.
    • Responsible for providing regular updates with respect to progress of each incident, and quickly .
    • providing high quality, creative, and timely solutions in a professional manner while meeting defined customer service goals.
    • The Product Support Engineer should be able to resolve post-sales, non-technical, and technical queries of customer inquiries via phone and electronic means like chat or Zendesk,Fresh desk/other help desk or ticketing systems. A primary point of contact for customers, you.
    • will be responsible for facilitating LMS Support and providing advice and assistance to internal employees as well as external customers on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
    • All sort of Technical guidance will be provided by a Product Owner and Technical Lead.
    • You may have to collaborate with, or provide guidance to, other members or new joiners of the team.
    • Obtain a deep understanding of all components, features, and functions of the LMS .
    • Review and update existing documentation based on new releases/versions of the products.
    • Ensure adequate documentation is provided prior to the product release for both the internal team as well as the client.
    • Perform miscellaneous tasks like exporting these documents into different formats including .
    • Research and resolve LMS functionality issues in conjunction with the technical team .
