AccountabilityProvide technical support to Global LBP and Valves Sales channels to resolve technical queries for Fisher Instruments.Provide support and guidance to resolve technical queries for Fisher Instrument mounting kit.To involve in testing of new instruments both hardware and software.Familiar with other models of actuators to support mounting kitsProvide technical report of issues found with resolutions.Identify product quality issue and highlight to Engineering team when necessary.Ensure all calls are properly log into internal tracking system.Monitor team utilization and report monthly on tracking status.Provide technical clarification to customers when required.Ensure troubleshooting procedure/check list is used for field service to feedback necessary information to the Technical Support Centre.Ensure team are trained and updated on the latest product and technology,
