Researches and translates technical information into manuals and/ or web- based documents for nontechnical and technical users. May document engineering processes and specifications. Recommends formats responsive to technical and customer requirements. Produces products that conform to the company documentation and quality assurance standards. Job RequirementsEducational Qualification: Bachelor s/ Master s degree Minimum Required Skills: Strong technical writing skills Ability to develop new technical information into documents and online help Strong communication skills Experience Range: 4- 6 yrs Experience Level with Business Tools: Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: E- mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired. Content management systems (CMS) experience Darwin Information Typing Architecture (DITA) Other Desired Skills and Knowledge Experience in medical device and highly regulated environments Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise. Determines methods and procedures reviewed by others on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).
