Job Description

Plan, design, and create end-user documentation, online help, web help, user guides, and release notes that helps our clients understand and use our products to do their jobs more effectively.
Convey complicated ideas in simple words and instructions.
Deliver the documentation for end users, administrators, and technical users by utilizing information designing skills, managing time, and prioritizing tasks.
Monitor and prioritize multiple project deadlines concurrently within established timeframes.
Follow defined company standards and processes, and documentation style guide.
Attend meetings for requirement gathering with minimal supervision in a collaborative environment.
Work with subject matter experts to ensure technical concepts and functions are accurately documented, reviewed, and tested.
Be attentive to details and accuracy in deliverables
