You should be a blend of technology geek, product manager, and operations manager with a past history of executional prowess.4+ years of technology experience with at least 1+ years of experience as senior technology lead, technology architect or more senior role in web technology space.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the development of an international web platform including the web portal, mobile apps for multiple platforms, devices and browsers using cutting edge technology Key skills: Open Source Architecture such as Ruby on Rails, PHP, LAMP, Linux, and SQL Expertise in UI and front- end development for a seamless UX Knowledge of networking and security is a plus Work both independently and as a team Lead and mentor the team, displaying excellent people and leadership skills Strong problem solving skills Self- upgrade and apply new technologies Previous startup experience is a plus B- Tech./ M.S./ M- Tech. in Computer Science or B.C.A./ M.C.A./ M.Sc.
