Job Description

    Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Stakeholder Management Manage and own Requirement Gathering, Analysis, and delivery roadmap Handhold UAT and rollout with end users Ensure system / solution usage and adoption with effective change management Own end to end engagement and act as facilitator between business and deilvery team. Budget Management Generate new opportunities and create project pipeline. Program & Project Management Analyze the business requirements and create technical design in accordance with organisations standards Manage full software development lifecycle like requirements gathering, analysis, designing, software development, coding, testing and implementation. (Hands on Coding not expected) Resolve critical issues and contribute to the business unit/area development. Provide technical & functional support to peers & juniors Recommend changes to improve established processes using best practices to ensure quality Identify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applications Ensure high quality of products being delivered and Participate in cross functional projects & initiatives Monitor the delivery process and deliverables sign off Experience 8+ years of hands on IT team lead experience. Proven experience as a .Project Manager Familiarity with applications like QlikSense, Power BI, MES, SAP, Cloud Technologies knowledge on design patterns & web services Experience exhibiting architecture knowledge with experience in providing technical solutions for projects Ability to learn new technologies quickly and innovate solutions Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design. Sound knowledge of various operating systems and databases. Manufacturing Processes domain knowledge Process Domain knowledge for various functions : Sales, Service, Mfg, Operations, Experience with enterprise systems Exposure to international entities / operations preferred Industry Preferred Mfg /Automobile/Tractor Companies, ITES Qualifications BE + MBA (prefred ) General Requirements Job Segment: Engineer, Engineering ,
