Job Description

What will you be doing

  • Azure AD Management - Responsible for Operational Systems Management and Preventative Maintenance to include proactive monitoring, system checks, house-keeping and scheduled maintenance activities.
  • Incident Management provide 24 x 7 support as a lead for all core and non-core Azure AD and Tenant technologies.
  • Escalation management provide full support and best service in event of any service or operational escalation. This would include the ability to problem solve, by reviewing incidents raised, making innovative recommendations, analysing the full end to end issue ensuring that recommendations made will resolve incidents with no additional impact to service
  • Change Management Assess, plan, test and implement BAU change into Production environment, adhering to bank s governance and control procedures.
  • Capacity Management proactively manage and report on capacity of core and non-core messaging components.
  • Operational Readiness take full accountability for the testing and acceptance of all change into production environment, including documentation reviews and operations manual production.
What we re looking for:
  • Experience of working in a 3rd line IT support environment
  • Should have a good understanding of the following technologies:
  • Microsoft Azure AD in use within large enterprises (>100,000 seats across multiple geographic environments)
  • Azure AAD Connect
  • Azure AD Conditional Access
  • Microsoft Active Directory
  • Windows 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016 (32 and 64 bit builds)
Skills that will help you in the role:
  • Awareness of Barclay s processes and general organization structure.
  • ITIL Foundation Certified
  • MS Office and Excel Certification

  • Pune
