Test Lead should also be proficient in Functional Testing, Automation Testing and Test Management, and should also possess good team handling capabilities.Job Summary:Test Lead should be proficient in the below mentioned BFS domain areas and should have the specified Technical Expertise:BFS Domain: 1) Retail Banking (CASA, FD/TD, OD, IB/MB, CC, DC, FCY) 2) Corporate Banking 3) Core Banking SIBS, SICS, EBS, RBK 4) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) 5) Loan Management System (LMS) 6) Cards & PaymentsTechnical: 1) Well versed with TOSCA.Should have hands on exposure on Scripting and execution.Proficient in using TOSCA scan module, test design, execution and designing reusable test blocks.Hands on experience in TDS and test data management using Tosca modules.Hands on experience in Tosca connect and DEX agents for parallel execution. 2) Strong understanding and experience automation concepts and object identification. 3) Hands-on exposure on implementation of CI/CD Tools like Jenkins. 4) Well versed with Test Management Tools - HP ALM & JIRA. 7) Develop Automation Frameworks from scratch. 8) Exposure on implementing new changes in an existing automation framework. 9) Hands on exposure on AS400 system automation with comple10) Good experience on Agile and in-sprint automation11) Hands on exposure on webservices and SOA testing.12) Hands on exposure on API Testing and API Automation.13) Should be able to manage the Automation Team.Key Responsibilities:1) Understand the Requirement, perform Requirement Analysis and prepare query tracker. 2) Prepare Test Plan & Test Strategy 3) Design & Review the Test Scenarios and Test Cases. 4) Perform Automation Feasibility Analysis. 5) Create Framework or modify the existing framework as and when required. 6) Design and review Automation Test Scripts 7) Test Case Sign-Off. 8) Prepare RTM 9) Perform Test Execution10) Log Defects in the Defect Management Tool.11) Defect Re-testing and Closure.12) Prepare the DSR / WSR and share it with the Stakeholders.13) Timely escalation to PM and Stakeholders in case of any impediments.14) UAT Support Activities15) Attend Defect Triage Meets.16) Sign-Off & Test Closure17) Guide Team Members as and when required.
