To enable our future HR service delivery model, we are establishing three People Partnering Hubs covering geographical regions: Bangalore, India, covering Asia Pacific; Lisbon, Portugal, covering Europe & Africa; and San Jos , Costa Rica, covering the Americas. We are looking Test Manager for the regional hub in Bangalore, India, to oversee all testing activities within the Asia Pacific region related to the roll out of Workday and to facilitate end-to-end service rehearsal testing.Show More We offerIn this role, you will be responsible for managing all end-user testing activities, within a designated set of countries, as part of a global Workday and ServiceNow roll out. You will manage all operational aspects and stakeholder engagement related to testing. You will also play a key role in the design and practical execution of Service Rehearsal Testing, which will take place close to go-live.On a daily basis you will be working closely with a matrixed group of stakeholders, primarily HR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various brands as well as the regional team in the People Partnering Organisation. You will furthermore partner with colleagues in the Programme Team, such as Implementation Manager, global Test Manager, HRIT team, etc. to ensure a coordinated approach.In this role you will be able to build further on your skills in Workday and ServiceNow implementation within a large and complex multinational organisation. Facilitate service rehearsal testing of the end-to-end solution within the region, including process, technology and service delivery model. Design test plans, develop test cases and scenarios, set up test environments, ensure test sessions are resourced appropriately from end-user perspective. Coordinate test activities with 3rd party vendors like payroll integrations Provide daily coordination and support for all test activities: manage daily communication with testers and provide ongoing guidance and support on testing procedure and tools, triage reported defects and share feedback with end users as necessary Manage the testing processes and ensure practices are followed or implemented and deliver and continuously improve the overall effectiveness of testing activities Manage defect tracking and ensure that defects are properly recorded and reported as per programme governanceShow More We are looking for8+ years of hands-on experience implementing and testing HR Systems and processes in complex international organisations (Specific Workday experience would be advantageous) Experience with setting up and manage test supporting tools like Jira Xray Ability to effectively engage and mobilise diverse HR stakeholders at country and regional level A proactive, high energy attitude geared towards achieving continuous improvement Flexibility and adaptability: ability to operate in a fast paced, rapidly evolving project environment and often set own direction with minimal guidance Collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions Fluency in English (other key local languages would be advantageous) Highly analytical approach with a strong eye for detail Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timescales and scope Low tolerance for delays and deviationsShow More,
