Communication a) The test analyst is expected to document all testing details in a testing tool and Follow agreed guidelines.b) New functionality is to be documented and shared with the larger testing team sothat all are aware of any new changes to system behaviour and functionality c) Send out daily/weekly progress reports. Ensure that test case execution and defect statuses are reported in a clear and concise form in daily/weekly progress reportsd) Choose and effectively use the most appropriate form of communication (face to face, AV, phone, bChat and email) with all stakeholders3.
