Job Description

Role: TIBCO Administration SupportCompany: Multinational OrganizationExpected date of Joining: ImmediateLocation: Pune or ChennaiJob Type: Full Time Permanent PositionTotal Year of Experience is 4 to 8+ Years.CTC- As per Industry StandardAtleast 3years of experience in administering 2 or more of the below TIBCO Product is must

    • TIBCO Business Works 6
    • TIBCO Mashery
    • TIBCO Business Events
    • TIBCO Spotfire
  • Experience must include installation, configuration, trouble shooting of the above products and monitoring and support.
  • Experience must include deployment of applications, documentation of deployment pre-requisites, verification procedures.
  • Experience must include applying product patches/hotfixes as and when they are released by product vendor, following all processes/protocols applicable for patching
  • Administration experience should be preferably in Linux environment
  • Experience in segregating and understanding different administrative needs for development, test, qa and production environments is required
  • Experience in logging, proactive monitoring, statistical data collection of the runtime environment and take/suggest preventive actions prior to failure is preferred
  • Manage
  • Installation and Administration of above mentioned TIBCO products on Kubernetes/Openshift environment is an added advantage
  • Strong understanding of docker and kubernetes/ Openshift environments, ability to troubleshoot issues related to containerized environments is a plus
  • Flexibility to work in shift based/on call support models
  • Understanding of SLAs, their impact due to a breach, proactively monitor SLAs and take appropriate action to prevent SLA violations
  • Excellent communication skills is required as candidate will be expected to engage directly with client IT teams
