Job Description

  • To assist Dialysis technician for procedures
  • To keep the dialyzer and delivery system ready before the procedure starts.
  • Ensure that the area where the procedure has to be conducted is sterilized.
  • Explains the procedure to the patient and ensures that the patient is comfortable.
  • Obtain patient weight, vital signs and is responsible for beginning the dialysis procedure.
  • Observe the patient and monitor and record vital signs during the procedure.
  • Administers local anesthetics / drugs when required.
  • Be vigilant for medical emergencies, should be prepared always to handle efficiently.
  • Help other staff is maintain while are of Dialysis & Uncology & Nephrology OPD.
