JOB PROFILE1. Submit Feasibility Review Report2. Prepare 3D part models and assembly models depending on the specifications given by the customers3. Get approvals for the new models4. Prepare development (flat pattern) drawings & Release dxf for further processing5. Prepare 2D Drawings required for manufacturing such model i.e. bending, assembly, turning, milling & all required operations6. Prepare Bill of Material in prescribed EXCEL Sheet7. Prepare full set of hard copies for recording & production which will have a table of contents, bill of material, part drawings & assembly drawings8. Coordinate with supervisor/ production department for bending and assembly of the products9. Attend daily production meetings10. Report daily activities to the Manager before leaving11. Get feedback from manager about customers response about quality and accuracy of the job12. In case of any non-conformities, rejections etc., take corrective action by reworking the rejected part and take preventive action by changing/ modifying existing drawings immediately13. Report corrective action, preventive action to the quality department14. Get feedback about improvements in the drawings from the production department to improve the workability and productivity of the jobs and implement improvements in the respective drawings and programs15. Organize drawings in proper filing system so that the drawings are easy to find for future referral16. Update the list of drawings daily to summarise the available drawing on the shop floor17. Conduct periodic (fortnightly) drawing file review to verify that all the latest drawings as per the list of drawings are available in the respective files
