Job Description

To coordinate feasibility assessment between various departments after receiving enquiry.
To prepare commercial quote and service agreement.
Signing off Confidentiality Agreements, Non circumvention Agreements and other agreements as Required.
Initiate the clinical study activities by allotting project number and completing project initiation forms
Coordinate with clients for Investigational products,working standard etc.
Updating clients about BENOCs status,IEC approval,study schedule,study updates etc.
Facilitating monitoring visits of client representative.
Ensure the completion of various activities of clinical study as per timelines.
Sharing final Clinical Study Report and other documents as required with client.
To update management regarding the progress of various project activities.
To act as a point of communication between project personnel and the sponsor in order to resolve queries related to projects if any.
Communication with regulatory authorities for study related regulatory approval and related queries.
