Job Description

Dear Applicant,Urgent hiring for Trainer- Domestic BPO,Location:Kharadi, PuneJOB RESPONSIBILITIES : Imparting the knowledge to new associate on achieving daily performance/KPI targets.Conducting refresher trainings to ensure continuous learning of associates & improvement in process performance.Bridge the knowledge levels of associates on an ongoing basis by conducting regular process tests, analyzing the outcomes & conducting trainings on pain areas identified.Calibrate regularly with Operations and understand the changing requirements of business. Conducting LPNA (Learning & Performance Needs Analysis) for the current employees and Gathering and identifying essential information needed for satisfying the needs of the trainees to bring overall development.Structuring or classifying multiple pieces of information to develop a better approach to Training and deliver high quality training within committed timeframesPreparing Handover and Batch Release reports for Operations and Transition.Monitoring training throughput reports to evaluate self-performance.Ensuring all training modules and records are updated as per the process requirement & made available easily whenever required.Develop, Design and Update learning curriculum based on the Learning & Performance Needs Analysis and operational requirement for Sales, Product and Process training, i.e. FAQs, Training Manuals, Presentations, and Handouts etc.Personal SpecificationExperience in coaching and developing skills of people. Should have effective problem solving and decision making skills. Proficient in handling call center tools, like CRM, CMS, etc. Experience of CRM MS dynamics 2011 is preferredTrained in COPC is preferredEligibility Criteria:Must be a graduate or higher in any discipline.Should be trained on COPC (or similar) methodologyEnglish Read, Write and speak.Hindi - Speak.Should have at least 3 years experience in training in the field of soft skills and communicationsShould have effective problem solving and decision making skills.Proficient in handling call center tools, like CRM, CMS, etcExperience of MS dynamics CRM and Avaya product suite; preferred1 year exp. in current roleRegards,Sarthak AutiInterested candidates, Please send updated CV/resume on Sarthak.Auti@conneqtcorp.com
