Job Description

The duties and responsibilities of a training officer are:

  • Explaining the company policies, guideline, rules and regulations to the employees
  • Training them in their field of work according to the requirements of the company
  • Formulating and compiling handbooks of company regulations and handing them out to new employees
  • Explain to the new recruits the correct use of company equipment and facilities
  • Train the employees in customer service operations
  • Conduct seminars in the company to upgrade employees knowledge with regard to the latest developments in the company
  • Plan motivational programs to perk up the employees and encourage them to work to their optimum efficiency
  • Keep a record of every employee in the company in conjunction with the HR department and monitor their progress
  • Clarify and answer any kind of employee doubts and queries
