Job Description

Transport Helpdesk ManagerLOCATION: Baner,Pune Web: https://www.routematic.com/ LOCATION: Pune REPORTING TO: City Manager DIRECT REPORTS: As assigned POSITION GOALS: To manage Help Desk services in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes. Achievement of the Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Manage a 24 hour Transport help desk to receive and respond to transport enquiries on call / email / SMS Develop complete process framework for effective and efficient helpdesk operation and ensure adherence to the same Maintain upto date and accurate Information is supplied to Staff Rostering of employees shift wise for providing continuous support Reporting Ensure preparation of daily / weekly reports as required on Transport requests and vehicular movements; Contribute to the Daily / Weekly / Monthly Management Report to (Client) perform other duties as require d by Client. Be Single point of contact for any issues related to helpdesk Should be fine with night shifts. EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS Graduate in any discipline Experience in Help Desk operations and processes are required with strong Administration Skills 5+ years of experience. Strong Customer Service focus Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems. ,
