Job Description

  • Proven leadership track record (13+ years) in running implementation projects for complex, mission-critical and high-traffic web applications on rock-solid architecture
  • Delivered responsive solutions with direct relation to client business case using Agile Methodology
  • Pragmatic solution finder who s used to making project trade-offs and decisions, and subsequently drive these decisions throughout the overall project execution.
  • Strong analytical skills, strong consultancy skills, and strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Responsible for stakeholder management and expectation management
  • Lead technical briefings and business requirement gathering sessions
  • Should have managed projects using open source frameworks like Angular, React or commercial frameworks like Backbase, Mobile First, etc.
  • Should have managed projects on Native app developments IOS and Android
  • Should have been hands on one of the mobile application development platforms
  • Manage client expectations and scope effectively
  • Team leading and colleague mentoring skills
