    * Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES(Accountabilities associated with the job)Monitor KPI s & control Chart Targets agreed and queries & complaints Post New Launch & ongoingWork with cross functional teams to analyze key issues basis Top queries KPI s and control charts adherence gaps vs. Common minimum Practices and should identify the KPI s with journey maps Including TAT recons control charts error % etc.Weekly Fortnightly & Monthly review of the KPI s & control charts with stakeholders & Customer Advisory CouncilReview & Enhance new launch governance audit programs and communications across all channels & publish recon reports.Communication & channel wise audit. Publish Monthly Audit ReportsCustomer behavior tracking through clickstream & data analytics, * SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE(Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent)Educational QualificationsPost-graduation (MBA)Work Experience2-3 Years of experience
