* Duties and Responsibilities - Scale-up Lending business through BFL Mobile app. Responsible for reaching sales targets & product performance.Manage Team of growth managers to strategies plan execute campaigns.Working with multi disciplinary function teams like IT PMO Product Business COETracking and optimizing customer journey via IT KPI dashboard Kaizala Clever Tap AnalyticsTrack business KPIs through dashboards with collaboration of data teamsBring newer capabilites to reach customer for lending related requirementWork on App acquisition campaigns on digital and offline modelIdeate execute measure and scale up performance related projects, * 5-6 years into digital Business, Exposure to Digital Journey would be an advantage.Knowledge of Finance/Fintech, NBFC/lending, B2C Platform is an advantageLeading team from the front is an added advanatgePC skills (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is must.Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skillsExcellent Interpersonal & English skillsAbility to work with data & cull-out insightsHigh motivation levels & a self-starter
