* Duties and Responsibilities - Drive execution of enterprise wide data strategy by applying the standardized DLC(Data Life Cycle) Management approach aligned to data principles in execution of specific business use cases Define and shape specific data/ analytics use cases by working closely with stakeholders in business units. Champion the value of clean and linked data Be overall responsible for execution of the defined use cases to ensure value realization while ensuring adherence with enterprise wide data strategy. Ensure the vertical leverage the standardized horizontal DLC Assets to deliver value and governance in an agile way. Provide technical leadership in data management to the team Facilitate and iterate meetings with stakeholders and team. Ensure quality Team Dynamics mediating through conflicts and helping team make decisions. Build a focused Product mindset ease requirement backlog items and be familiar with data vision. Promote and support in development and implementation of a change management to build a more data-centered mindset. Define metric to measure success on becoming more data-centric. Deep expertise in Data Life Cycle Management and data wrangling including Data Ingestion Search Master & Meta Data Management and Data Governance. Experience in working with Semantic Web technologies (RDF SPARQL OWL). , * Overall should have 3-5 years of experience Python , NOSQL, Tableau, SQL, ETL proficiency must Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with senior executives. High passion and energy and ability to navigate complex global matrixed organizational data to achieve the business objectives. Experience in data modelling and schema designs viz. STAR, Hybrid, Constellation schemas. Familiarity with Libraries viz. NumPy, Pandas,Matplotlib,SciPy,Scikit-Learn,TensorFlow,Keras,Seaborn.
